Our Active Aging Fitness (65+) Unlimited Membership is a thoughtfully designed wellness program created to support strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being as we age.
This membership includes unlimited access to age-appropriate classes that focus on gentle yet effective movement, joint health, posture, functional strength, and flexibility—helping you stay active, confident, and independent in daily life.
Classes are guided at a supportive pace and may include:

• Balance & Stability Training
To support mental clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system health, the membership also includes a weekly Mindfulness Meditation every Sunday, offering space to relax, breathe, and reset.
