This quiet, nourishing practice blends the deep release of Yin Yoga with guided sequences to bring stillness to the body and calm to the mind. Through long-held, floor-based poses and intentional breath, you’ll gently open connective tissue and energy channels. Ideal for all levels, this 60-minute class offers a gentle path inward-promoting emotional balance, physical ease, and inner clarity. During the Yin practice we will use 5 elements and Meridian points to receive a full experience.
