Yang & Yin Harmony Yoga is a 60-minute Hatha yoga class designed to cultivate balance between masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) energy within the body and mind. The practice begins with steady, strengthening postures and mindful flow to build heat, focus, and vitality, followed by slower, longer-held poses that encourage softness, release, and deep inner awareness.

Through conscious movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, this class invites you to explore the natural rhythm between effort and surrender, action and rest. The yang portion supports strength, stability, and clarity, while the yin segment nourishes the nervous system, joints, and connective tissues, creating space for calm and integration.

This balanced Hatha practice is suitable for all levels and offers an opportunity to reconnect with your inner harmonyleaving you feeling grounded, centered, and restored.
