Our Barre classes blend the precision of Pilates, the flow of yoga, and the strength of ballet-inspired movement into a dynamic, full-body workout. Set in the intimate, boutique atmosphere of Mindful Way Studio, each session is designed to sculpt lean muscles, improve posture, and build core strength while keeping you grounded in mindful awareness. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention and encouragement, leaving each class feeling strong, balanced, and gracefully energized.

Unwind, lengthen, and restore your body with this gentle yet effective 15-minute barre-inspired stretch session. Using the barre for support, we’ll guide you through postures and flowing movements designed to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and release muscular tension. This class is perfect after an energizing workout or as a stand-alone practice to maintain freedom of movement. With a focus on posture, breath, and mindful alignment, you’ll leave feeling more open, relaxed, and gracefully balanced.
